1 General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hi77 platform and all its services. "hi77", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the hi77casino.cam website and its Android and iOS applications. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. hi77 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated on the platform before they take effect.

In addition to these terms, hi77's Privacy Policy applies equally. By using the platform, you are bound by the terms of both documents.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on hi77, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, address, date of birth and mobile number provided at registration must be truthful and current. An account opened with false or misleading information may be cancelled at any time and the balance held may be withheld.

Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be considered void.

2.2 Identity Verification

hi77 may request a copy of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. Verification may be mandatory in particular for large withdrawal amounts and unusual transactions. Failure to complete verification in time may delay the withdrawal process.

3 Age and Eligibility

All hi77 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Opening an account or using any service if you are under 21 is strictly prohibited.

Only persons residing in Bangladesh and able to transact in Bangladeshi Taka may use hi77. The responsibility for operating an account from a region where online betting is prohibited lies entirely with the user.

4 Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your hi77 account login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone, and you are advised to use a strong password.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify hi77 immediately via live chat or email. hi77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access unless it was caused by a security vulnerability on the platform itself.

An account may only be used by one person. Sharing an account with a family member or friend is not permitted.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Brac Bank, Sonali Bank and other major commercial banks) can be used to deposit funds into hi77. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and such deposits may be returned or forfeited.

5.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer — apply for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Funds derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at hi77, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Other Promotions

hi77 offers special promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms. Before claiming a bonus, it is important to check the relevant wagering requirements and expiry. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with bonus balance. Holding multiple active bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted — only one bonus may be active at any time.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

hi77 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be cancelled, in which case only the original stake will be returned.

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match ends before the scheduled time, the outcome will be determined in accordance with international sports betting rules.

7.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

hi77 sets a maximum winnings limit per single bet or session. This limit may be reviewed in special circumstances or where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi77:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting strategy
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Accessing or taking control of another person's account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems
• Attempting to verify an account using false information
• Fraudulent conduct towards other members

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds held, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by hi77

hi77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any breach of these terms. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during any investigation.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Under the Responsible Gaming Policy, you also have the option to exclude yourself temporarily or permanently. It is advisable to withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

hi77 is committed to collecting, storing and processing users' personal data responsibly. Details of how your information is used are provided in our Privacy Policy.

All personal and financial data is protected using SSL encryption technology. hi77 does not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be provided to relevant authorities where required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

hi77's liability is limited for any loss arising from an incomplete bet or transaction due to server downtime, technical errors or loss of internet connection.

Losing money in gambling is a normal part of the risk involved. hi77 never guarantees winnings and the platform is not liable for financial losses resulting from gaming.

hi77 will not be liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives or cyberattacks.

12 Changes to Terms

hi77 may amend any part of these terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform for significant changes. Amended terms take effect from the date they are published.
